Mühle-Glashütte, the well-known nautical instrument and marine time systems maker from Germany, also make classical and timeless watches. There is a new addition to its classical collection, The Teutonia II Tag/Datum. Teutonia II is made with the busy businessman in mind, simple yet stylish watch displays the date, time and weekday.
Housed in a brushed stainless steel case, the elegant Teutonia II Tag/Datum features a Guilloche finished silver dial with black hour-minute-second hands and silver stick hour markers. Its day indicator is at 12 o’clock, while date indicator is at 6 o’clock.
Watch is powered by a SW 240-1 automatic movement with own rotor and stop-second. It also boasts a power reserve of 38 hours. Movement is visible through the glass case back. Other features include a screw-in crown and water resistance up to 330 feet. There are two versions of the watch available, a black hand-stitched crocodile leather strap priced at $2,799, and a stainless steel bracelet priced at $2,899. Both straps feature butterfly clasp.
