Whoever said money can’t buy you happiness is wrong, very wrong. I am perfectly alright with paying $10,500 per night to enjoy all the luxuries St. Regis’ Bentley Suite offer. A luxury even a single-digit millionaire should and must enjoy at some point (I am not one). The Bentley Suite at St. Regis’ flagship in New York is a collaboration with Bentley Motors, and one that brought many of luxury automaker’s signature details to the suite including rich wood furnishings evoking burl-veneer dashboards, herringbone-pattern curtains trimmed with actual seat belts and Breitling clocks mounted on the wall.
Opened in 1904 and owned by Astor family on and off during its 104-year history, St Regis is a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond hotel located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. They opened the Bentley Suite in 2012 on the 15th floor after an extensive renovation.
The 1,700 square-foot suite feature a king bedroom, master bathroom, one-half bathroom, dressing area and a dining room. The color palette is one of creams and neutral tones. And don’t forget the great views of Fifth Avenue and Central Park. It is also a short walk from Museum of Modern Art.
Other perks offered to guests of the suite include their signature 24 hour Butler service, daily wake-up call, shoe shine, and packing and unpacking services. After their arrival guests are treated to tea, coffee, and a welcome fruit basket. Complimentary high-speed internet access is available in the suite and throughout the hotel.
