With “Twilight Saga” a done and dusted story, one of its stars ready to move on. Robert Pattinson has finally listed his Los Feliz hacienda-style estate on the market for $6.75 million. Pattinson in 2011 bought the estate from retired basketball legend Kareem-Abdul Jabbar for $6.25 million.
Pattinson moved to the property with his Twilight co-star and then-girlfriend Kristin Stewart, confirming their much-rumored relationship. Unfortunately, happily-ever-after didn’t go as planned for the star couple. Scandal ensued when Kristen was caught cheating Pattinson, with much older Rupert Sanders, director of “Snow White and the Huntsmen.” Soon after Kristen was forced to move out of the Los Feliz estate and Pattinson too moved to a rented home in Beverly Hills. Eager perhaps for a quite new start, Pattinson tried to sell his home through a private listing to qualified buyers, apparently not successful home is now listed on the open market.
The elegant Spanish-style property is well known as “one of the first private residences built in the Hills above Los Feliz.” The estate is situated in a gated and private community on 1.5 acres. Built in 1922 this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features original detail with updated systems. An inspiring property without overwhelming, it offers water features, a lagoon pool and an amazing view of Los Angeles.
