Hollywood’s super model loving multiple Oscar-nominee Leonardo DiCaprio is moving to a new luxury abode in Palms Springs, California. DiCaprio who finally unloaded his Malibu Beach House for $17.35 million in December is the new owner of the house formerly owned by popular entertainer Dinah Shore. Seems like he is in a cost cutting mode as the new place cost him only $5.2 million.

Donald Wexler designed 7,022 square foot home located in 1.3 acres of land was built in 1965. It has 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a pool, tennis court and a gym. Described as a “tennis estate” the spacious property has lots of open spaces with open views of mountains, skies and palm trees.

Estates previous owners have done extensive renovations to the interiors without making changes to the original style of the home. The home has several floor to ceiling glass frames that supplies plenty of light and magnificent views of the lush back yard and the mountains. The home is multi-level and single story with central heating and air conditioning.
