Brady’s are ready to leave the west coast for good. Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady have listed their 14,000 sq ft. mansion for $50 million with the Westside Estate Agency. It took the super couple $20 millions and a couple of years to build the eco-friendly Brentwood estate.
Featured in Architectural Digest last year and designed by Richard Landry, this beautiful French Chateau style mansion is famous for its koi-filled moat. It has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and a library. Fit for a super model place also has plenty of walk-in closets, and a state-of-the-art gym to keep a football player fit.
Entrance to the property is via a winding gated driveway that pass through waterfalls and ponds that leads to a cobblestoned motorcourt. Materials used in building the place include reclaimed ceiling beams and antiqued floor boards, ceramic brick and bluestone, antique doors, and marble fireplace surrounds. West Lake Agency also notes they imported limestone from Europe.
Sitting on four acres of flat land, property offers incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding canyons. Outdoors features an incredible infinity pool, landscaped gardens, lush lawns, pathways and a chicken coop.
As we already know from this story, Tom and Gisele own a $14 million high-rise condo in Manhattan. They are also in the midst of building another lavish mansion – 14,000 sq ft. to be exact in tony Boston neighborhood of Brookline, where they plan to live full time.
