Luxury brand Porsche Design is adding a new accessory to its ever growing portfolio of products. The newest addition to the Porsche family is the writing tool in the form of a fountain pen P’3135 Solid. The pen is made out as the name suggests from a single piece of solid titanium.
Porsche Design P’3135 Solid has a unique shape thanks to its progressive pure silhouette. Adorned with an 18-carat gold nib, which features a high-quality rhodium coating. Underlining its aesthetic and elegance, the icon of the Porsche Design brand is discreetly engraved on the surface of the nib. The body of the pen is precision milled from a single piece pf solid titanium, then polished and finished with a scratch proof PVD coating. The coating made of 99.99 percent pure titanium produces a scratchproof surface which is harder than steel.
Other highlights of the P’3135 Solid include mechanism hidden in the shaft. Only when a user applies gentle pressure to the end of the pen and the end piece is unscrewed the mechanism be removed and fill the converter. An additional aluminum sleeve protects the capless P’3135 Solid when it is carried around.
The Porsche Design P’3135 Solid will be available in stores and Porsche Design online from July 15th.
