Believe it or not, it happened when Jay Z recently sent out pricey Rolex watches worth a whopping $40k as part of the invitation for the Shawn Carter Foundation Gala.

Jay Z has this time broken the norm of sending out traditional invitation cards made out of laminated paper or cardboard, decorated with flashy and eye-catching ornaments when he has sent invitations for the Shawn Carter Foundation Gala. Jay Z has been able to exceed the expectations of the invitees by simply sending out the most expensive and extravagant Rolex watches worth a whopping $40k.

According to the Meek Mill and Swizz Beatz’s Instagram stories, the VIP passes to the event included the Rolex watches wrapped in style and presented in an attractive package. Commenting on it, Meek wrote: “Hov sent these as VIP passes. SMH this rich shit getting out of control lol … I’m not joking lol.” Backing this was Swizz captioned his story to read: “Levels. Hov is on another level with the invite game,” “It came with a Daytona Rolex and a bottle of Ace.”

The Shawn Carter Foundation Gala is an ongoing event that started on Nov. 15 and will continue on Nov. 16 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and will feature a blackjack tournament (with a $100,000 buy-in) and a black-tie gala. The participants have contributed to a number of good deeds indeed, as the proceeds from the event will go towards a number of worthy causes such as; the Foundation’s scholarship fund, college prep workshops, and study opportunities, as well as towards community goodwill programs for those in need. Every participant purchased the tickets are considered to be made generous contributions towards a worthy cause! Three cheers to all of them for their generosity!
