Fiat, the Italian car maker famous for its small city cars have stuck a deal full of pleasing fragrances with the Parisian perfume maker Guerlain to make a limited edition car. The Special Edition named 500 La Petite Robe Noire (“the little black dress”) is named after one of Guerlin’s best-known perfumes for women. The small fashionable car in a little black dress available in versions 500 and 500C, wrapped in colors Funk White and Crossover Black. The special edition, limited to just 250 cars will be sold exclusively in France.
Available options include a sedan with a sunroof or a convertible with a black electric-powered top. The exteriors of the Guerlin 500 feature the La Petite Robe Noire moving silhouette designed by artists Kuntzel + Deygas on the rear wing and on the dashboard.
Inside the car come equipped with upholstery in bi-color black and white Poltrona Frau leather seats, 7 airbags, a radio CD/MP3, Bluetooth system, USB port, automatic air conditioning and a clothes hanger on the passenger-side headrest. Rear seat accommodates 3 passengers.
Two engine options available for the special edition Fiat, the 69 hp 1.2 liter petrol engine or the Twin Air 0.9 liter with two power options of 85 hp or 105 hp. Gearbox options are available in manual or Dualogic automatic.
It is not just the exteriors of the car that receive little black dress pleasure, it arrives well stocked with Guerlain products. Courtesy of House of Guerlain, customers will receive a case containing La Petite Robe Noire Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Parfum Couture (each in 100 ml size), as well as a makeup kit, black mascara and nail polish. In addition to these, Guerlain threw in a dress cover bag and a key ring for good measure. Prices start at €15,700 ($21,460) for the Fiat 500 Little Black Dress by Guerlain with the 1.2 liter, 69hp engine.
