When you are in the business of creating extravagant luxury items, every new iPhone version is a godsend. Something you are looking forward to glamorizing. MANA SKULL, like a handful of other companies, offer services to transform high-tech gadgets into high-tech jewelry, mainly by applying gold and decorating them with precious stones. Their latest is yet to be released iPhone 6 with an 18 karat solid gold back. MANA SKULL plans to make jewelry iPhone 6 available in a limited edition of 50 in April.
According to the company, its design inspiration comes from the seventeenth-century vanitas art of the Baroque period. Each phone will be adorned with 319 premium white diamonds, 2,009 premium black diamonds, and 2,595 yellow diamonds, totaling to 10.21 karats. The work is time-consuming. Each phone needs 320 hours of work from craftsmen in different disciplines that include jewelry, drawing, design, and CNC engineering. The result of their hard work is an iPhone 6 with a back more durable than any other solid gold or gold plated version in the market.
They have not announced the price of the high-tech jewelry iPhone 6, expect the number to be lofty. If you need more information contact MANA SKULL via their website here.
