These new B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen Beolit 15 speaker reminds me of small ice boxes. Since they are not we can’t store beer in them. However you can use it as a portable drink stand while listening to your favorite music sunning on a beach in the Caribbean. Designed by Danish designer Cecilie Manz, the B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen is a “Beolit 15” speaker that is ultra-flexible and sturdy. Made from premium material, the successor to “Beolit 12” comes packed with technology to provide best acoustics.

It has an anodized aluminium case with design elements borrowed from the “Beoplay A2”. Thanks to its true360 omni-directional sound solution, sound gets equally distributed in a room and ensures everyone enjoys the same music experience. Other improvements include the long battery life that allows for 24 hours of use from a single charge, making it a perfect companion for outdoor soirees.

Beautifully designed exteriors boasts clean lines and a full grain stylish leather strap for easy carrying. Speaker body is made from strong and durable polymer. Good news about that beer I told you earlier, it won’t slip. There is a non-rubber slip on top of the speaker for small items like keys, coins, phones and that chilled beer.

The B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen Beolit 15 is offered in cool colors Polar Blue, Natural Champagne and Shaded Rosa. It can be connected to phones, tablets and laptops via Bluetooth 4.0. Available from BeoPlay online store for $599.
