Street fashion has come a long way. These days, they are in fact a staple for high-end fashion brands. Most of the times, luxury labels collaborate with streetwear brands for special edition collections. These partnerships are not limited to fashion, businesses team up to work on other luxury products too, like in this case where Moët & Chandon worked with Public School for a set of limited edition champagne bottles. The PSNY x Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Rosé consists of 3 custom designed bottles – 750mL ($60), Jeroboam 3L ($700), and Magnum 1.5L ($1,200).

For PSNY’s Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne, black is the first and foremost color in their palette. A color they use as a symbol of strength and anonymity. Because of this, they had to put in extra effort to incorporate unfamiliar blush pink of Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Rosé’s to the design. The end result is three strikingly designed special edition bottles.

Speaking about the collaboration, which was a year in the works, Chow and Osborne had this to say, “The challenge was how could we incorporate the signature thing about Nectar Impérial Rosé against the dark mysterious vibe of what we do. Our palette is pretty much black so we embraced that contrast of marrying the pink and the gold of Nectar Rosé against the black.”

All three bottles come draped in black. The 750L is less covered in black and Rosé is clearly visible. The Magnum and Jeroboam bottles mostly have identical design along with the matte black wrapper and a hidden feature that gives bottles a nice glow when exposed to camera flash. Jeroboam has one special highlight – to set it apart from the other two it has an engraved leather label. All three PSNY x Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Rosé bottles features quail feather decorations.

Launch date is set for October 1st. For a limited time will be available nationally on and at local retailers in cities  New York, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC and San Francisco.
