Moët & Chandon wanted to show champagne connoisseurs of the world, taste, and beauty can co-exist. The French winemaker launched its fabulously blinged out Methuselah Leopard Luxury Edition of Nectar Impérial Rosé champagne a couple of days ago. Each six-liter bottle is dressed up in 22 karat gold leaf and camouflaged leopard motif. The special edition is limited to just 60 bottles worldwide.
The leopard motif engraving on bottles coated with 22 karat gold leaves was done by one of France’s renowned engravers, Arthus-Bertrand. The Methuselah Leopard Luxury Edition of the Nectar Impérial Rosé with a $5,000 price tag will go on sale at Sherry-Lehmann Wine & Spirits in New York and other exclusive night clubs in the US on December 1st to start off the festive season.
The rose demi-sec champagne reveals powerful flavors of three diverse and complementing ripe berries – red currant, black currant and wild strawberry and strong notes of yellow peach and a hint of strawberry jam. Moët Nectar Impérial Rosé, a champagne crafted to please the senses is full of extravagant fruitiness and delightfully crisp finish.
