The top of the line picnic pouch invites you to indulge in a caviar selection of your choice, blinis and crème Fraiche, toast points and smoked salmon. The “Caviar in the Air” pouch prices starts from $205.50 with options of Parisian-smoked salmon and charcuterie for happy snacking.
The inviting sit-down caviar menu includes a Tsar Imperial Caviar trio, including 30 grams each of Tsar Imperial Kaluga, Tsar Imperial Ossetra and Tsar Imperial Siberian. Other caviar delicacies offered to tame your taste buds are deviled eggs- blini with caviar and trout, pike and salmon roe, hand-sliced smoked salmon, a smoked trout platter and caviar flatbread. To wash all these down you can choose from a selection of Champagnes including a 2002 Louis Roederer “Cristal” Rosè and more than 20 vodkas including Beluga Gold Line for $33 a glass served in a flute not shot glass. What any jet-setter shouldn’t miss is Petrossian’s signature caviar martini served with a caviar-stuffed olive and caviar “cube” for just $18.
