“Easter Spring Lamb” (HK$90) and “Easter Egg Surprise” (HK$88), during the Easter holiday from April 14 to 17, 2017.
The “Easter Spring Lamb” French savory crepe features roasted lamb shoulder, green asparagus, a soft yolk fried egg, and cucumber and onion slices, drizzled with basil pesto sauce and sour cream. The aromatic ingredients create a depth of flavors that will awaken diners’ taste buds.
The “Easter Egg Surprise” is as irresistible as its name suggests: a colorful chocolate egg atop a freshly made hot crepe with strawberries. When diners pour a warm chocolate sauce over the egg, it melts away to reveal a surprise center filled with crunchy pearls, chocolate crumble and explosive candy.
