Harper Beckham, two-year-old daughter of super-couple David and Victoria Beckham is on her way to being a super-diva when she grows up. Daily Mail reports a pink heart painting from Damien Hirst was one of the possessions delivered to the new $55 million Beckham mansion in posh Kensington neighborhood in London. The 7 ft. pink heart painting filled with butterflies called “Daddy’s Girl” has already taken its proud place in Harper’s room. In 2011, a similar painting by Hirst fetched £600,000 (approx. $1 million) at auction.
It is well known Beckham’s have a collection of Damien Hirst artwork in their residences, including a rumored and denied customized one-off baby monitor for Harper Beckham.
The movers were ultra-careful with the painting with no one want to be responsible for damaging a million dollar art work. As a source close to happenings said “The removal firm was careful with the Damien Hirst. It was packaged up and no one wanted to drop it and put a hole in such a valuable work of art.” They also added, “Harper is a lucky girl having such an expensive painting hanging in her room.”
